Login methods
- By phone - the number provided during registration, plus password. The most common method.
- By e-mail - if the account was created via email.
- Through the app - after the first login, you can enable login via fingerprint or Face ID and not enter the password every time.
The "Login" button is located in the top right corner of the website. In the app - on the home screen. One account is enough for both sports and casino: the balance is shared.
The site does not open
The most common reason is the domain being blocked by the internet provider. Sign: the page is stuck loading or shows a "access restricted" placeholder. Solutions in descending order of reliability:
- Install the application - it connects directly to the servers and does not depend on the domain.
- Use current mirror - alternative domain of the same website.
- Change your DNS to a public one (for example, 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8) - helps with DNS blocking.
Forgot password
Below the login form, click "Forgot password?". Enter your phone number or email - a confirmation code will be sent, after entering which you can set a new password. If you no longer have access to the number, contact support: you will need to verify your identity with the document registered to the account.
Account blocked
Reasons for blocking, as stated by the operator in the rules: two or more accounts for one person (multi-accounting), mismatch between profile data and document, suspicion of using someone else's card, violations in bonus wagering. In most cases, the account is unblocked after verification. If the block is related to a rule violation, the money may be withheld, and disputes will have to be resolved through support with documents in hand.

- Enable two-factor authentication in your profile settings - a code will be sent each time you log in from a new device.
- Do not use your email or social media password.
- Check the address in the browser bar: the real site has an HTTPS lock, and the domain matches the one listed on the operator's official resources.
